Why Paypal Express Checkout Witout OVerlay Window

  • I have testes 2 different Paypal Express Checkout plugin with woocommerce but none has that OVERLAY/Modal window , it just redirects me to Paypal site and everthing else works well, except that I dont see any Overlay Window / On-SIte CheckOut .

    Have you posted this question on the forums of the PayPal plugin you are using as it’s not directly related to WooCommerce and is external functionality added by the plugins which you reference?

    If you haven’t posted on those forums or contacted the developers of both the PayPal plugins you had tried I would suggest you do that.

    The developers of these PayPal plugins will be able to answer any questions related to their extensions for you as this forum is for questions directly related to the WooCommerce core plugin itself.

    What you mean is PayPal’s “In-Context Checkout”. This function is deprecated. Will not work for new integrations.

    @chezzone yup u r right, this is in- context checkout, why is such nice feature deprecated !! is there any alternative? how come paypal doesnt have this bcoz off site payment takes time and users are not satisfied.Why is then this Woo Commerce Express checkout plugin still hanging around !
