Why paid plugin has NO SUPPORT ?!?!?!

  • I’m developing a website where my client would like to add custom fields to the backend user profile pages. My client bought the User Meta Pro 3.0. After installation and activating the Pro features I tried to customize the backend user profile pages. I found some difficulties.

    • Is it possible to apply custom backend profile pages only for certain roles > subscribers?
    • Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Dribble, WhatsApp, and Custom Message fields can’t be hidden on backend user profile pages. Please look at this screenshot: https://ibb.co/P1c3DCq

    • Technical details: User Meta Pro 3.0 (Jan 26, 2023), WordPress 6.4.2, Avada theme, PHP Version: 7.4.33

    The plugin was bought on 2023.12.30. Since 2023.12.30, I’ve already written three messages to the support but no answer.     I think its time we talk to WordPress about having them pull this plugin. The developers seem not to care AT ALL about their customers. Pathetic.
