Testing my new Member site with two levels, Basic and Paid. Having selected basic all is fine except beneath Join Our Mailing List is a checkbox with the word Paid – why?

A bit like this (can’t show a screenshot)

    Membership CheckoutMembership Level?change
    You have selected the?Basic?membership level.
Receive periodic emails with investment advice.
    The price for membership is?$0.00?now.
You are logged in as?delia. If you would like to use a different account for this membership,?log out now.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

Please advise which plugin you are using to integrate your email marketing with so that I can advise further?

Some settings allow a member to sign up for a list associated with their level and another (in this case, Paid) – turning that setting off to allocate a specific list to each level should fix this.

I am using?MailPoet and your addin for it.

@patbell101 does it look like this??

This is because in MailPoet you have a List named ‘Paid’. Go to Admin > MailPoet > Lists, and take a look. Then in PMPro > PMPro MailPoet, look under the ‘Opt-in Lists’ and you probably have a checkmark next to ‘Paid’ as shown below.
