Why not use dependency array for priority?

Clever plugin, but why not use the WordPress built-in dependency array for priority?
Yeah it’s a little difficult to explain but much easier to implement and manage.
The only consideration is for the user to figure out the handle to use.
Frankly he best answer is to inspect the front-end of the page.
