Why not update to latest WP?

  • 1. First, try to deactivate all plugins in dashboard -> Plugins.
    2. If you added this line in your wp-config? define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_MODS’,true); then try to delete it.

    It seems to be working for me on the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. Perhaps the theme or another plugin is conflicting like vinhton mentioned?
