Why not Gutenberg settings for Classic Editor users?

    Hello and many thanks fr this great plugin!

    I’m using both, this one and the super awesome Visual Portfolio, with Classic Editor and they work fine but I wonder why you don’t enable the Gutenberg settings page for Classic Editor users as you do with Visual Portfolio? It works really nicely there, why not here?

    Hey.

    The nature of these plugins is different. From the start, the AWB plugin has a full-featured shortcode generator, this is why we don’t create something like Saved Layouts in Visual Portfolio.

    You don’t need to create a separate shortcode in the custom post type, you can simply generate it right in the text editor – https://wpbackgrounds.com/documentation/classic-editor/

    We don’t have plans to add a Saved Layouts alternative for the AWB plugin. But who knows, everything depends on users’ requests.

    I understand, many thanks.
    I use it already that way but it doesn’t save your settings and every time you want to change something in an existing layout you need to start over from scratch, that’s why I was asking.
