Why not give an error when enter wrong answer?

Can you give me a bit more information? What sort of security check are you using? What question are you answering? What is the wrong answer you’re giving?

I use Legacy math check,
Users do not receive errors when they answer incorrect,
for example:
2+3 =
answer: 5
someone answer 6 and receive no errors when they answer incorrect and just back to previous page.
