Why no DIRECT LINK in left menu to manually add subscribers ? Isn’t it essential

To add a subscriber manually we need to go to this link:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_users_new

I don’t even know where I found it because I cannot find any option in the menu to reach this page.

I think a link to this page, to add users manually, should be found in the left wordpress menu.

Sorry if my idea is stupid, but I often have to add users and it is annoying to have to use a bookmark because there is no direct link to the NEW SUBSCRIBER page in the menu.
