why no “delivered template“ in new version?

Hi,
I really love and need the “delivered template” …bcz after order delivered we need the system to send email to tell customers their order was processed to delivered, that can show we are quick response on their orders (but we can’t provide them tracking No.)

and we need 1-3 days to get the tacking number and update for customer, so i love “update tracking template” too. both the two template can custmozied in old version, i can choose order states “delivered” to tell them wait 1-3 days for tracking number, and choose order states “shiped” to send them tracking number. but now no delivered template …

I did can write the note on “Additional text after header’ but i don’t like it show on “update tracking template” and “Partially Shipped”…
