What photo did you mean? I guess you’re using other plugin for showing photo, aren’t you?
It sound this Better WP Security has something conflict with the photo plugin you’re using. One of the possibility I can think is you enabled the change Content Directory feature. This feature could cause problem with other plugins, as what it said in the warning message:
Please note that changing the name of your wp-content directory on a site that already has images and other content referencing it will break your site. For that reason I highly recommend you do not try this on anything but a fresh WordPress install. In addition, this tool will not allow further changes to your wp-content folder once it has already been renamed in order to avoid accidently breaking a site later on. This includes uninstalling this plugin which will not revert the changes made by this page.
What what can you do now? You have 2 options:
1. Manually fix the problem caused by this Better WP Security
2. Use other photo plugin
I personally think option no. 1 is very difficult, I never know how to do it. So, your only hope, perhaps is no. 2.
