Why my site is going slow

i am using WP-Optimize and also follow the guide you follow, but nothing change. currently my GTMetrix Grade is D and score is 63.

My Website fully loaded time is 10.20 Seconds which are very poor. Please Review my site and advice me.

For unused JS you can defer your JavaScript files by going to WP-Optimize > Minify > JavaScript and going to the “Load JavaScript asynchronously” section.

Also run the image compression from WP-Optimize > Images.
