I have recently lost the use of the free statistics licence. As the panel indicated, “Your site is identified as commercial, reasons being ‘Contact Details’, which means it isn’t eligible for a non-commercial license.” There is a list of editorial board members with email addresses on our site, but I don’t understand how this relates to the statement that the site is commercial?

For several years now, a group of friends and I have been creating a site dedicated to games made in RPG Maker ([ redundant link removed ]). We do it completely non-profit. There has never been any advertising on our site, we have never sold anything, no one has ever made a single cent from it. It is a completely non-commercial project where we share our passion for games. We do not advertise any business, we do not urge you to buy anything. We have never asked for any contributions or donations. I fund the server and domain myself with private money.

Why is the site considered commercial under these circumstances?

    Cheers,
    Michu.
