Why my actual title is not showing on Google SERP?

However, Google is the one who decides what your title says. While Google typically uses the title from the metadata for indexing, this is not always the case. Furthermore, have you added your site to Google Search Console? Then you could request indexing so Google can update their index to match what you have added in the Yoast SEO plugin.
