    Hi,

when I log in to my backend admin page, the following happens:

    1) The Clef wave is shown. The button below the wave reads “Get started”
    2) I log in to the Clef app on my phone and scan the wave.
    3) Another wave is shown, this time on the site https://clef.io/redirect/login?<long argument list>
    4) To be able to scan this wave, I have to sign off in the Clef app, then scan the wave
    5) The browser displays a warning message popup similar to (it’s in German): “The current website is trying to open a site from the list of trustworthy sites. Do you want to allow this?”
    Current site: https://clef.io
    Trustworthy site: https://<my site>

Is this the way it’s supposed to work?

Using IE 11 on Win 7.

    Hi mallard66,

No, that is not the way it is supposed to work. Based on your description, it sounds like there is a plugin and/or theme conflict that is causing the issue. To find the cause, please see this troubleshooting guide.
