Why Media uploader not working with plugin ?

    I am developing one plugin in which i am using media uploader. which was working fine for me. but after hours of coding I come to know that media uploader is not working because of my plugin. when plugin is deactivated media uploader works fine. removed all code of media uploader. after checking some forums I came to know that it is because of Javascript problem. but how to debug particularly which js or piece of code actually causing issue.
