    Hi there,

I feel fooled by the plugin as everything is prepared for multiple forms but it’s just cut out.
Event the menu entry tells me there should be “forms” not just “the form”.

I see that it would be kind of easy to add the missing parts but that will cost me two or three hours and I might need to fork the plugin or at least use quite some hooks.

I understand that you need to make money. But this feels like being fooled.

I am fine that there is no AJAX and fancy stuff in the basic version – but limit it to just one form is crap.

I don’t want my clients to need another subscription. I don’t really feel like extending the plugin.
So I have two ways: give my customers a website that they can’t handle (I already created two forms) or find another plugin.

    … ok, done.

not perfect but was a nice exercise. And if the client ends up wanting more features we will go pro.
The code looks very organized so I am sure you guys know what you are doing.

    Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion. I will discuss internally if we can make it even more clear that the free version just allows 1 form, that you can re-use on your website as many times as you like. We also offer many integrations with other plugins like CF7 from the free version.

If you are a developer there is indeed almost no limits on our plugin.

As you’ve seen in our code and on this free support forum we put a lot of effort in this plugin and we need to make a profit somehow to pay for al that free support to 900.000 users. As most developers cost more per hour than our plugin it should usually be worth it to buy our plugin that comes with Premium support for your client as well. That way you save yourself (and your client) an hour of coding and if you client has any questions they won’t bother you. ??

Hope you understand, let me know if you have any questions.
