Why it don't move google fonts?

Google fonts are CSS, which you want in the head in order for the browser to render the fonts.

Yea, page spread scores should be taken with a grain of salt, as guidelines.

You could combine the Google don’t CSS with your main stylesheet – while this will reduce the number of http requests it will also increase the size of your stylesheet, which will effect your speed as well.

Some Google research can give you numerous approaches and opinions on the best method for speed in these cases. I’d recommend a CDN and caching as a better step for decreasing page load times.
