Why isn't 2.8 published ?

    Hello!

    I noticed the Floki theme that is offered for download is 2.7, while Trac, SVN and Updates RSS mentions the latest version is 2.8.

    Please, is there a reason the theme isn’t proposed in its version #2.8 ?
