Why Is YARPP Displaying In Footer?

Is there a code I can use to keep the TARPP plugin from displaying in my footer?

If so, into which file would I enter the code?

Or, if I turn off automatic display of YARPP in the settings, is there a shortcode I can enter into my blog posts manually?

How do I get YARPP to NOT display within my footer? I do not see an option within the settings for this.

I believe the setting you want is on the YARPP settings page, under “Display options for your website”. Beside “Automatically display related content from YARPP Basic on:…”, you should make sure each post type is UNchecked, and save. See this screenshot. There is also a FAQ that might be helpful.

No shortcode- but there is a widget and you a FAQ explaining how to add some code to your page template to add it.

It feels like the Footer either may have a Block or is being treated as either its own page/post/etc.

Couple of other things to try:

– Also try to disable on “Also display in archives”
– FAQ: How can I prevent the “related posts” list from displaying on specific posts?
– FAQ: Can I customize how YARPP displays?

I confirmed with @tacraw88 directly that his issue is resolved.
