Why is W3 Total Cache writing into my database

I am very much annoyed – my SQL databsae is filled with your feed”
I had a look at my database and I am very much annoyed that W3 Total Cache is writing their feed into my data base – you cannot do this without permission.
I downloaded my database and renamed the SQL to TXT and had a look at it with Notebook. Most of the content is not mine below is an extract.
Please advise how to clean my database from unwanted information
