Why is this plugin not listed as a certified CMP partner

    This plugin is free and uses local data storage, which seems like a perfect solution. However, why is this plugin not listed as a certified CMP partner on https://cmppartnerprogram.withgoogle.com/? Without this certification, will it still enable Good Ads to certify the website and allow ads to run in the EU region?
