    Throughout the entire website my Client has preferred Arial, Helvetica, san-serif fonts, but for some reason when trying to edit a Page or Post on the website, the font changes to font-family: Georgia, “Times New Roman”, “Bitstream Charter”, Times, serif;

    I’ve tried numerous ways to override the font-family by specifying the ids, classes and even using the !important property, with no luck. Why isn’t the editor using the default font family specified within the Customizer?

    Since it is an editor issue, I have not included the website.

  • Hi @pwdesigns,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

    I tried to replicate this behaviour but it doesn’t occur on my test instance. Could you please check for plugin conflicts that may cause this by disabling all the plugins and checking if it helps solve the problem? Is that’s the case, you should reactivate them one by one while checking which one makes the issue reappear and replacing that one with an alternative plugin.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you for reviewing this issue, it is a plugin issue. I will pursue it with the plugin’s support team.

    Thanks again
