    Why is the wholesale price showing empty?

    Hello.
    I like your complement @jkohlbach as I told you in my review, but I ran into a problem and despite going through the settings several times, I can’t find a way to solve this.

    Well, some of the products that I have in the store are only available for wholesale, and for this reason, I have left the space of the normal WooCommerce price empty, and I only added the price of “Wholesale Customer” in the product.

    The problem is that these products that only have the wholesale price (“Wholesale Customer”), do not show any price, even when registered as a wholesale customer,
    It also does not allow adding these products to the cart, nor having the role of Wholesale Customer, since the price is empty.
    The “Add to Cart” button simply takes me to the product page

    Have you faced this before , can you help me ?

    What should I do so that the Wholesale Customers are shown the Wholesale prices correctly, when there is no retail price?

    Thank you, I hope you can help me, this has been a big setback in my project and it forces me to stop everything.

    Hey @miguelitolaparra nice to hear from you.
    This is actually a WooCommerce core thing. When the regular price is not set the product becomes “unsellable” so the pricing that we provide on the wholesale price setting doesn’t even get a chance to be shown.

    I don’t need to hide the product from retail customers, the product must be visible to all users, it would only be enough that the price is empty to retailers and they cannot add it to the cart.

    At the moment I’m just a developer building a site and I can’t afford to buy the Premium Plugin.
    But don’t worry, luckily for everyone, there are a wide variety of Plugins out there, and I hope to find one that you can use for free.

    Hey @miguelitolaparra cool thanks for the extra info.

    If the product needs to be to shown top retail customers, but you want to hide the add to cart and price from then you can do this already with the free plugin using the “Hide Add To Cart And Price” setting.

    You will still need to add a regular price (even though it won’t be shown to retail customers) because WooCommerce will make the product unsellable (to everyone) otherwise.
