Why is the Text/HTML is not displaying on the results and email

  • Hi!

    I would like to know how to display my text/HTML on the results page and the email.

    The TEXT/HTML are displaying fine on the questionnaire, but when I proceed to submit it does not display, also including the email that was sent.

    Example:

    My Form:

    Name:
    I. GREETINGS
    1. Question 1
    2. Question 2
    3. Question 3

    Results Page or Email:

    Name: KingSlayer
    1. Question 1
    Answer Provided: Yes
    2. Question 2
    Answer Provided: Yes
    3. Question 3
    Answer Provided: Yes
