    Hi
    Just installed your plugin
    Used to have Simple No Comments but it was abandoned – Wordfence wanted it removed so I deactivated it and removed it
    It worked perfect
    Your plugin seems to be about the same but now I do notice the Comment-icon in the meta-section
    Is this a bug or
    If I use the plugin the icon should be false or…

    Never mind – solved it with CSS
    But it should be included in the plugin
    Something for the next guy too look into
    Note the solution is different depending on your theme

    I use the MH NewsMagazine theme my solution was this
    .mh-meta-comments { display: none; }
    .entry-meta-comments { display: none; }
