    As you stated it worked.

Please consider if you are on shared hosting the allowance provided by Twitter for the API is limited. Hence of other sites on your IP range have accessed the IP this could be over subscribed.

Also check your cache, WP cache and settings?

I’m on a shared hosting… But why would it work from the start and not now? It has now been 2 days since I posted on Twitter. Shouldn’t it show up on my site now or is it still limited?

I don’t really get this, sorry!

    Thanks for the reply!

Rate limiting is evaluated at it happens – shared services wise it would be first come first served.

But that may not be your issue. Have you checked – if you have caching enabled, are running a caching plugin; what are your settings?

These are aspects that are out of our control unfortunately. We have many sites and 1000s of downloads running the plugin without issue.

Sorry we can’t be of greater assistance at this time. But without intimate knowledge of your setup and/or an error we have nothing to go on.

Your developers and/or your hosting provider may be able to resolve this for you or point you in the right direction.

    All the best

Caching is disabled I have also deleted the cache but it still doesn’t update the feed.

I understand you have others running the plugin without issue and that’s why I want to use your plugin since it should not be any issue…

What could be the problem? Please help me I really want this to work!

Please check the widget settings in the admin.

Check all settings for the Twitter API, Key, Secret just to be sure.
    Save

Then give it 24 hours and see how you get on.
