Why is Scrappy not available in Admin Panel?

    Is your website located on WordPress.com, by chance?

    Or maybe your site is part of a WordPress multisite network, in which case the theme may need to be activated in the Network Admin (will only work if you’re a Site Administrator) before it will appear under Appearance -> Themes.

    No worries ??

    That explains it; .com and .org are different. Scrappy is currently only available to users who run WordPress on a separate host, not WordPress.com. A good explanation can be found here:
