Thanks for your questions. I’m happy you asked them.
Yes, the plugin was offered briefly on codecanyon. But we soon learned that their licensing was too restrictive for the way we want to do business. Since with their license all PHP and HTML is GPL 3 anyway, we didn’t feel that the limitations placed on paid plugins there adequately served the WordPress users of our plugin. We felt that it would be better to offer it in the WordPress environment allowing for unlimited installs. And since WordPress gives us such a great platform to work with we decided that we would introduce the plugin on WordPress and then we will later offer a Pro version with much greater enhancements.
We have been working to improve the plugin and while we have it currently in Beta, once we work through the bugs, we will also add features to the lite version here.
We just believe it is better to have people be able to use the plugin and if they like it enough, they will have the opportunity to have a more enhanced version after they become familiar with our work rather than not allowing any use of the plugin at all unless they pay for it. Envato’s philosophy just doesn’t go with the way we think this plugin should be offered. So, we changed the way we offer it.
@master412160 Actually, the same features are available and more in this version. We have continued developing it.
The plugin was removed from there about a month ago. I don’t recall the exact date.
And since this could easily head in that direction, I will say that we are making arrangements with those who purchased it on codecanyon to have special access to the Pro version when we are ready to release it.
I don’t want to go to much into that on this forum because we don’t want to violate any WordPress rules about self promotion. We are happy to answer questions, and if you check the FAQ’s there is a place you can find the forums we have set up to deal with any issues or questions.
Thanks for your interest in the plugin.
