Why is only one method displaying?

  • I have created multiple methods (FEDEX, DHL, USPS) in the settings, each within a different group. I have also made sure to check the box “(Show multiple shipping methods, one for every group)” yet I still only get one option when I try to place an order. Why is only one option being displayed?
