Why is my site title combining with my page title?

  • All my page titles have been setup and work perfect. But with my theme, i have to enter a site title. Once i enter this site title, its now running together the site title with my page title.
    It looks like like this now “Dog ShirtAnimalShirt.net”

    instead of site title being “animalshirt.net” and the individual page name called “Dog Shirt”

    can someone tell me if this can be fixed? i cant leave the site title field empty

    I checked the SEO metatags and i dont want the site to have an awful looking page title running together with the name of the website

    im using the MayaShop theme from themeforest
    its the first time ever using wordpress, so i dont know if this theme is easy or not, since i have nothing to compare it with yet

    for now, i deleted my site title, and just put a logo in place of it, hopefully SEO will still be ok and the page titles wont be all messed up with the site title merging into it

    i was just looking for a good SEO site to sell shirts with tons of categories, so if you know of any other easy themes to use feel free to let me know
