Why is My Home Page Not Secure?

    Hello:

    I recently renewed my ssl certificate. I am getting the same <<Undocumented Error>> message, but what’s worse is my home page is not secure. The secondary pages are displaying the padlock, however; it’s the home page that is not showing the ssl.

    Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Please disregard my question. I was able to resolve the matter by adjusting the settings. Sorry about that.

    However I am still curious about that error.

    Sorry to hear about your issue ??
    Unfortunately, without seeing the error myself/debugging it’s hard to say what caused it. As you can imaging “undocumented error” can be a lot of things.
    If you get the error again let us know and we will have a look! ??
