    I can’t tell what the issue is by looking at the screenshots above.

    As you can see, there is no + plus to add a block above another block in the container. I think it’s a general issue you can recreate on all sites.

    The + icon is a WP core feature and we haven’t recieved other reports on this.

    What if you click the tool bar and select Insert Before or after?

    Sorry, I don’t no what tool bar option you are referring to, I only know one way to add a block, by clicking the plus icon inside the container.

    Not a huge issue, but an annoying thing is that you have to move up your new block through all the other blocks, if you want the block to sit on top of the others.
