Why is everything in caps lock???

    Why is everything that is entered into the contact form in caps?
    I’m seeing other people complain about this as well, and it was not always like this. This just recently started happening after an update, not sure what update, but this is very annoying to people who are entering their information into the contact form.

    They try to turn off the caps lock, thinking it’s happening on their end, but can’t because it’s the form itself doing it. So I’m getting submissions with jacked up lower case/upper case craziness and they are complaining about it.

    Can you please tell me how to correct this, or better yet, can the plugin developers just issue an update that takes care of it? I see that I’m not the only one here who has this problem.

    Theme CSS issue. Try switching theme to the default Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Seventeen.

    Thanks, but no, it’s not a theme issue, it’s the plugin. The theme does not appear to have any influence on it, and probably shouldn’t, as no other plugin form I’ve ever used was sensitive to theme css. This happened right after I updated the plugin, not the theme, so hopefully someone can tell me what the solution is rather than expect me to change my entire website appearance so the contact form plugin works correctly without throwing everything into caps.

    I see it says resolved on this persons enquirey, but it clearly isn’t as I have just visited their website and they are still having to put up with caps lock on their contact page. HASHTAG ME TOO ??
