Why is content of term in stored "wp_postmeta" table ?

  • Hello,

    I had a look at the database usage of this plugin and discovered that this plugin is storing the content of a term in table “wp_postmeta” while all other contents are stored in “wp_posts”. So, just for my information: Is there a reason for this ?
