Why is affiliateWP so expensive?

  • Im considering getting the life-time version before it got removed at the end of the month

    AffiliateWP cost $499 while other working affiliate plugins like Ultimate Affiliate Pro($69) is a lot cheaper, and it has all the addon included plus it works just fine.

    What is the significant difference that makes AffiliateWP so much more expensive while people still prefer it over other cheaper alternatives?
