why is a second page loading?

  • Hi,
    strange thing here…. I load ONE page on my wp site. get IT AND another page loads too (don’t see it, just shows in weblog that it has loaded.

    Here are the logs:

    I see on page source that it shows
    <link rel='next' title='Contact Page' href='https://greenspotantiques.com/contact-page' />

    But WHY would it already load the next page to my browser, and NOT show it? (is this a background speed thingy built into WP now?)

    and if so? why only loading NEXT and not PREV too?
    I see on page source this for prev as well, but it does NOT show as loading on weblogs.
