why i do not disable firewall?

    i want disable firewall function, but i select disable optiom below Basic Firewall Options-Web Application Firewall Status, but i can not save it, i hit save button and there is not anything response.

    please tell how should i do? thanks very much.

    Hi @klofseo,

    Can you see any errors in the browser console hen you’re attempting to disable the Firewall and then hit the “Save Changes” button?

    Since I haven’t heard back from you I am assuming that the instructions solved your issue so I am marking this topic as resolved.

    Note that the problem could also be caused by a conflict; so I suggest you temporarily switch to a default theme –if you’re not already using one– and disable all other plugins then reactivate them one by one.

    To do so I recommend the “Health Check” plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

    If however, you are still experiencing this issue and it is not resolved please let us know.
