Why? I can't acces my wp admin page?

My blog was installed via Fantastico from my Cpanel webhost. All good at first. Until today. Please help. I tried everything I know. Repaired my Sql database, renamed plugins folders and themes, editing all kind of php files as I read along the instructions. Nothing worked.
When I try to login via wp-login.php, enables me to enter my user and pass but after that…poof.
