Why I cannot add pluggins?

    I made my website using Iconic One theme. For a few days now, I am trying to add a few more plugins to make my life easier but it’s not possible. I receive the following message:

    Oops! Installing Plugins is Restricted to Premium Wealthy Affiliate Members Only.

    Extending the functionality of your website can be done by Upgrading to a Wealthy Affiliate Premium membership.

    For your information:
    – I am a premium member at Wealthy Affiliates
    – In my Rubix Site Manager, I can see that the indication, “premium” is there next to every website I got registered
    – I can add plugins in other websites I am working on except this one
