Why has the excerps stopped?

there is definitely a bug in the newest, or from one of the newer, version.
I have the same problem. Can you please check posts on my website https://aedorde.com ?
Excerps works on some posts, but only with one or two thumbnails.

On my other site it works nice https://yourdesignmagazine.com

Hope that my problem will help you to fix a bug.
If not, how can I downgrade plugin? Maybe downgrade will fix the problem.

@dorde — Thanks for providing additional information on this. I’m having tech team take a look at your site in order to trouble shoot so if you could keep running this current version with the bug active it would be a big help. I’ll be sure to keep you updated with what we find. Thanks!

@dorde — We noticed that you have the setting for “Would you like to show post excerpts?” turned off. Would you be able to turn this on while we trouble shoot?

Or we can meet with you via webex (screen sharing like skype) so that we can work with you to fix this issue. I’m sending you an email regarding this now.

Thanks for your answer and sorry I’v been so slow in replying. I had forgotten my password and since I replaced nRelate with YARRP on the website that I was working on the problem was sort of solved.

However, I use nRelate on serveral websites and the problem wasn’t only on that site, it exist on all sites where I use nRelate. I’ve tried ignoring the problem hoping that new releases would fix the problem but yesterday I updated to the newest version and pressed the re-index-button. Bad idea.

Before re-indexing nRelate displayed excerp on old post and it was only new posts that didn’t get one. But by pressing re-index all excerps on all posts disappeared.

For example, in the the right sidebar at
tomatsallad.nu
I have nRelate popular content. The first on the list (at the moment) is a page (and has an excerp), the rest (posts) used to have excepts until I re-indexed the site yesterday.

Another example.

runtantibes.se

The list at the bottoms should be related content with excerps. All old posts (but no new) had excerps until I re-index the site yesterday.
