    If your Ads are not visible, make sure your IP address is not in the list of blocked ip addresses.

    Delete all blocked ip addresses and check if your ads turn into visible.

    no ip blocked in my database, but still, the ad is not visible

    I think there could be any js error on your site, but this can not said with certainty without seeing your website.

    Make sure jquery is loaded on your website and check with the help of a developer if you have any js errors in your page.
