    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

EXMAGE uses WP curl to send requests and verify the existence of the image URL you’ve added. Upon testing a sample link from the list you provided, we found that if the image URL hasn’t been accessed by the same browser where you’re logged into the account used to add the image link, the request is blocked. Consequently, the image information cannot be checked. You can see an example here: screenshot: https://prnt.sc/OQKJRl_MhcA-

    >> Please access those image links before adding them.

    Best regards.

The link functions correctly on WordPress, but regrettably, it is not functioning properly within your plugin.

    Please check this video https://sharemyimage.com/image/Direct-Link.MvFrY7

Thanks for the video. As mentioned, please make sure to access the image links directly in your browser before adding them to the plugin. This can help ensure they’re recognized properly.

We’ll review this further, but our plugin might have stricter validation than WordPress.

Not working even after accessing the image in the browser before adding to the plugin. Can I have any other solution?

That’s odd. I tried the same steps and the URLs were added successfully on my site, here’s the testing process: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AXiWY2CXeJr5XmGnolOtHenjzhPbYgUv/view?usp=sharing

Can you double check the links and, run a full conflict test to rule out any possible compatibility issue with 3rd plugins?
