Why Featured Video Plus not working

Hi, I am using Featured Video Plus nearly one year for one of my client’s website. It was working just fine. But today it’s not working anymore. Every time I tried to upload my self-hosted video link, video not uploading instead of that that auto featured video image is coming up. Also in my page video is not showing.

Is there any problem with the plugin? Please let me know how to fix this- as this is not my website, this is my client’s, so he wants to know reasons.
