Why don’t you honour your promises? Do they expire in time?

    At the beginning of this plugin I purchased Premium with the “Life Time” option (I still have the confirmation emails).

    BTW, in the past you used another website!

    In the meantime you switched to annual payment, changed your website, but forgot about your old customers! You no longer give them the option to download the updated plugin (at least functional and security).

    I used to buy many plugins with Life TIme option, from ElegantThemes (Divi), FormidableForms etc. And nowadays they honor their promise and give you free access to download your Life Time plugin (latest version and up to date with automatic update included!).
    That’s what it means to have a word of honor!

    Shame on you!

    First, no need to be rude.

    You can always download purchased plugin(s) from the Restore Purchase page. The plugins are still receive updates. As for the changed site address, I moved the project from my personal site gndev.info to a separate project-only website getshortcodes.com.
