    I have opened 2 support cases for the pro version that is crashing my site and nobody is responding. This is over 1 week without a response. Thank you for crashing my site and not even extending me the courtesy of supporting your product that I paid for.

    Regarding your support ticket, we are not able to find the support ticket that you’ve submitted in your system.
    Can you please give us the reference number of the support ticket you’ve created?
    Please give us a chance to fix this issue.
