Why dont you append the sticked element to the body?

  • Hey there,

    as myself I see a lot people fiddling with the issues of the plugin. In most of my cases there were heavy z-index issues which could be solved by appending the sticked element code to the body (end of body). Is there a reason why its not integrated this way by the plugin itself?
