    Hi there,
    Thanks for contacting us!
If none of the products in the WHYNOW Jewels page have the attributes in the filter Collezione Marco Bicego, then the filter won’t be shown.

Please check it and let us know.
    Regards.

hello, they are two different categories with different products and different attributes.
I went into a WHYNOW Jewels product and compared everything to another Marco Bicego Collection product: they seem to be made the same way, also because we gave guidance to the customer on the procedure to follow.
The problem though is that in WHYNOW Jewels you don’t see that filter like you see in all the other categories. Is this perhaps a bug? How to fix it?

hello, maybe I solved it by adding all the terms: but wasn’t it supposed to do it automatically?
anyway it seems to have worked
    thanks

    Hi there,

If you are using the option to “Auto-populate with all terms”, yes it should all be added automatically. Perhaps it was a temporary problem.

However, I’m glad you were able to solve your issue. I will mark the topic as “Resolved”.

    Best Wishes.
