Why don't I have RSS links in Widgets?

  • I am trying to get my head around RSS feeds and links. I have worked out that RSS feeds are subscriptions of feeds that appear on your blog. Not what I am lookig for.

    RSS links are what are used to promote your blog – what I want.

    But, I can’t find the RSS links widget only the RSS widget.

    Why is that?
