Why doesn't WordPress just buy and incorporate Visual Composer?

as Christi you can suggest your idea. If it gets upvoted by community, I guess someone will surely notice from core team and might think about it, who knows ??

I’d prefer to see a “homemade” approach which works in a similar way. VC is great, but it’s not without its flaws.
