Why Doesn’t Show Language Properly after translate on bottom menu

    First Time All items load properly in the English language. But When I switch language to another language such as Chinese then doesn’t show the Chinese name properly.

    how can I fix the problem?

    I’m sorry for the late replay.
    Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced and tell me if “Fix broken HTML” is enabled? If it is, try to disable it and see if it solved the problem.

    Also, it looks like you have a paid version (since you are using the Extra Languages Add-on). If the licence is still active, for the future questions you can open a paid ticket: https://translatepress.com/support/open-ticket/
